We are a young company and work in a modern, dynamic environment. We support our international customers in digitizing and using the latest marketing software. Depending on the contact partner, we also communicate in English.
Together with Unic we work in a common office at the Ostbahnhof in Munich. Thanks to the particularly good connection to public transport, we can also be reached quickly and easily for employees outside of Munich. Even if you meet for an after-work beer or dinner in the evening after work, you still come home. We maintain a relaxed working atmosphere.
We advise and support different companies with individual requirements. Depending on customer requirements, we work from home, in our office or on selected days in the customer's office. Each employee takes on the tasks that he or she best masters and has the most fun. We are in regular contact with our colleagues from Unic and in Switzerland and support each other. The division over the daily workload makes each employee independent. This means that there are always breaks in which a match at the football table or a hairdressing appointment around the corner is possible.
We specialize in Adobe marketing tools. Our customers therefore assume that we can provide an answer or solution to any of their questions and problems. At the same time, the products are constantly evolving and therefore always offer new uses. New employees therefore go through a defined induction plan at the beginning and are gradually introduced to customer projects. Depending on their previous knowledge and level of knowledge, a new employee receives training tasks and training until he takes on the first easier tasks from customers.
The tasks at the customer are very varied and rarely repeat themselves. As a consulting company, we want to meet or even exceed our customers' expectations. Creativity, affinity for IT, understanding of online business, teamwork and perseverance are important components of our success. A high degree of efficiency is often required by the customer. To achieve this, our consultants should take personal responsibility and be able to independently work out and present the best solution for the customer.
